Recruitment kicks off for focus group on microneedles for skin cancer detection
After months of preparation, we are now recruiting volunteers for a focus group study. The aim of the study is to explore the opinions of prospective users of our microneedle device for skin cancer detection, with a view to informing its continued development. We are seeking individuals aged 18 years or above, with or without a history of melanoma skin cancer. Participants will attend a focus group meeting in Brighton in early July.
The study is led by Keng and involves a team of researchers from University of Brighton, as well as Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
If you are interested in sharing your views with us, please get in touch by e-mailing microneedles@brighton.ac.uk or ring Keng on 01273 642 080 to find out more and/or sign up (e-mail is preferred as phone may not be attended at times).
A study information pack can be downloaded from our microsite for this study.
