The first time panopto is used in a module or course area it needs to be turned on, or provisioned.

Once it’s done you don’t have to do it again for that module.

In any new 2020 module select ‘Panopto Video’ from the left hand side bar,

If it says the course is not provisioned select the ‘configure’ link

Select the ‘Add Course to panopto’ button

Then get back to what you were trying to do.

That’s it.
