Go to the module and select Course Management>Grade Centre>Full Grade Centre

Find the Column for the Survey and select the little arrow on the right.

From the drop down list select “Attempts statistics” for a good summary of the results.

For a spreadsheet of the results select “Download results (usually less useful).

That’s it.
