After the ‘Let there be light’ project briefing, i have started to experiment with found objects and light sources. For these photographs i used a piece of black card with a small hole cut out the middle of it, I placed a piece of coloured acetate over the hole and shone my phone light through it. I then placed a variety of crystals/stones over the hole, experimenting with different colours of acetate. I this this technique was a fun way to start experimenting with light to create interesting photos.

Today i attended a Japanese book Binding workshop. The processes i was thought produced two different style books. The class was extremely interesting and it was great to use such a organic process that created such professional results. I will definitely be using these techniques in future projects to come.
