HEIR 2020 at the University of Brighton is being co-ordinated by the University’s Evaluation and Policy Department (EPD). The Head of EPD, Rachel Bowden, is Chair of the Brighton Conference Planning Group (CPG), supported by the EPD Administrator, Vicky McDonald and other EPD colleagues: Penny Jones – Insight Manager and James Bluring – Policy Manager.
Also, to assist Rachel and her team, there are regular CPG meetings attended by Phil Ashworth, Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor Research & Enterprise, and the two Directors of Education, Sid Hayes and Jo MacDonnell. Additionally, Rachel Masika from the Centre for Learning & Teaching, Peter Clements from Planning & Performance, Gus Sylvester from Marketing & Communications, and Sarah Plumeridge from Academic Services are part of HEIR 2020 CPG.
