The East Sussex School Health Service is looking for a Health Improvement Assistant to work with the School Health Service, schools, pupils and parents.
You will be part of a team working with schools supporting the development of school health profiles and health action plans. The role includes working with the School Health Service to deliver user engagement initiatives, carrying out pupil and parent consultation. We recognise the importance of partnership working and you will work with key stakeholders in health and education, building effective working relationships with other organisations across East Sussex.
We are looking for people with relevant qualifications and experience of working with children and young people, or health improvement, and most importantly with a passion for improving children’s health and well-being.
You must be an excellent communicator.
The posts are based in Uckfield, covering the High Weald Lewes and Havens area however you will need to be able to travel around the county in a timely manner.

These posts are fixed Term until December 31st 2017 however are likely to extend until July 2018
