Sport Coaching graduates – where are they now?

The University of Brighton prides itself on the employability of our students and we make sure they graduate with confidence and ready for work. Students get creative with alternative PE

PE, sport and exercise science, sport studies and sport coaching students presented and experienced a range of eclectic and innovative physical activities as part of their Level 5 assessment in alternative activities. Presentations included Mission Impossible, Aquatic Wipe-out, The Cube, QR Code climbing and Aqua-Cross.

Danny Bracken studied Sport Coaching BSc(Hons) at the University of Brighton and graduated in 2013. He currently teaches at a private school outside of London and continues to play football for Corinthian-Casuals, something he started whilst studying at Brighton.

Hailsham Community College has opened a new Cricket Academy which will provide opportunites for talented young cricketers. The new academy has also given University of Brighton Sport Coaching BSc(Hons) students, Jamie Mann and Jack Hyde, a coaching opportunity with specialist input from SkillzCricket Academy at their indoor school.
