After our tutorial with Leo and Mark, it was evident that some things in our concept needed to be changed or updated in order to continue with the project. For example, the words low income were often mentioned in the concept and this raised some questions. E.g will people be happy to admit they’re lower income?

From this it was obvious that an alternative needed to be decided upon as the stigma attached to low income may prevent our ideas. In addition to this, perhaps instead of targeting it towards low income, we use the idea of offering a warm space for people to come mend their clothes in as this widens the parameter of people who will be willing to attend.
