Roles
Sama: ‘The brains’ Sama’s role in the project is to conduct the research into the business elements of the project, Sama will complete work on the positioning map and the competitors to provide the group with the knowledge behind the gap in the market for ECHOSEW. Sama will also have input on the PESTEL which will further create a portfolio of market awareness that we will need to conduct to final outcome
Katie: ‘The Brander’ Katie’s role here is to create a brand identity that encompasses our values and ideas for the project. Katie will complete setting the tone for the concept by writing out the manifesto and mission statement. Whilst additionally completing branding like the logo, social media posts and any other digital and physical identity.
Emma: ‘The surveyor’ Emma’s role in the project is to gather the information from the community we wish to become involved in to work out the who what when where and why for the project. Emma will also conduct a visit to the warehouse trip which will kickstart the inspiration for the project. With Emma;s survey’s she will be able to build a basis on what services people want, the kind of garments they wish to see and so on.
Srushti:’The hands’ Srushti’s role is to rework the textiles into garments that encapsulate the brand identity. She will complete reworks of the textiles found in order to create something new but also to teach herself the reworking skills that can be passed along to the community which will further expand the sustainable emergence of fashion.
Amy: ‘The foundation’ Amy’s role here is vital, to create the foundations and basis for the project, there must be research into the process, the community, the current market, the opportunities, the ethics and more. Amy’s role therefore is to conduct the research that is relevant to the project and to share with the rest of the group her findings whilst also offering advice on changes being made. Amy will additionally contribute to the PESTEL to help with the projects development.
Rosie: ‘The client catcher’ Rosie’s job is to inspire not only the community we wish to target, but also us behind the scenes with mood boards on the project that she will create. This will provide a basis for the visuals behind the brand whilst also allowing her to scope out the possible clientele for the project. She will create the perfect target audience, with her mood boards and her customer profiles.
Rosie and Elizabeth: ‘the client catchers’: Their jobs here is to inspire the rest of the group behind the scenes with their mood boards that they will create. This will provide a basis for the visuals, garments, and digital presence for the project whilst also allowing them to scope out the possible clientele for the project. They will create and establish the main target audience with their mood boards and customer profiles but also elaborate on who else may become involved
Anna: ‘Double trouble’ Annas role is both behind the scenes and on the battle field. Anna will develop the social presence for the project, working alongside katie, Anna will be in charge of making sure the project is being advertised through the trending media sites which ultimately will spread the word on the project. Anna will also be involved in the 4ps for the project making her aware of our competitors which will strengthen our identity further
Agatha: ‘The mender’ Agatha’s roll is creation. To create the garments from her warehouse trip and to discover the textiles and the skills needed to rework the items. Without agatha the project will be solely on profit rather than creating a service that not only helps the fashion industry but helps a community to get involved
