How to make that transition from student to employment in the creative industries 6th April at 6pm on Teams

Kavita Ravaliya, Hannah Gibbons and Kat Sullivan will be presenting their route from graduation to working in the fashion and textiles industry.

Kavita Ravaliya (https://www.kavitaravaliya.com) – Printed Textiles alumni. She went onto work at H&M upon graduating (she did a placement with them) and has collaborating with Bethany Williams and is a freelancer, selling to DKNY, Aliétte and Macy’s to name but a few

Hannah Gibbons (https://www.linkedin.com/in/hannah-gibbins-402a21a8/) – Fashion Design alumni. Hannah was awarded the Debenhams Menswear award at Graduate Fashion Week, whereas as part of the award, she was given the opportunity to design a fashion range collection for Debenhams. Since then she been employed as an Assistant Designer at Hackett and is now currently working as a Midweight Designer and Product Developer at CHPT3

Kat Sullivan will talk about finding work and joining MYReFactory and her journey with this recycling and sustainability business that works with hard to recycle materials.
