Tab Changes on studentcentral

In response to student feedback we have updated studentcentral to provide a clearer and more focussed layout. As well as the colour change (the tabs are now blue rather than green) there are some changes to the names of a couple of the tabs and the organisation of materials you’ll see under them.

For New Students:

New Students will see the following tabs when they first access studentcentral: (1) The New Student tab features content targeting at New Students with information about enrolment and getting ready for studying at Brighton.  (2) The Student Life tab features news and resources about engaging with life at the university.

Enrolled and Returning Students:

When the time comes to enrol, all new and returning students will see an Enrol tab appear on studentcentral, and the morning after enrolling the students will see the following tabs: (1) The Studies tab provides links to School, Course and Module areas as well as My Announcements and Study Support links. (2) The Personal tab provides students with access to their record on the central systems and allows them to view transcripts and update contact details. (3) The Email tab provides a link and logon details for the University email account. (4) The Student Life tab features news and resources about engaging with life at the university.
