Examining digital transformation through an interdisciplinary lens encompassing business, government, NGOs, and society. Examining digitalization of processes, services, business models and education. Leveraging AI/ML to address emerging challenges associated with digitalization in a variety of settings, promoting responsible adoption of emerging technologies and discussing influences on policy making. Our research and knowledge exchange activities cover a range of topics which includes online collaborative innovation, digital platform strategy, ICT-based business models, digital management skills, emergent disruptive innovation (such as AI and Blockchain), digital information systems, and digital inclusion.
