Referencing is used by authors to acknowledge where they have used the output of others to create their piece of work. There are various digital tools to help create and manage references which can be used together to capture, format and manage references and create bibliographies and reference lists. Endnote is available on all poolroom computers and staff can request for it to be installed onto their office computer. Endnote Online is available through the internet.
