Big brain… big questions…

As someone who loves to learn; having a learning-disability (Autism) means often I overlook my mental capacity — which is ever more a reason why I aim to smash stigmas throughout my creative practice by trying my best to link my art to socio-issues that are present within my journey through life.

I love to ask questions… but I love to ponder my own answers and reflect on the destinations I am heading in too.

This brain I drew represents that part of me- growing as an artist as I can connect the ‘dots’ from using both the left and right sides of my brain to think logically and creatively at the same time.

A kind of ‘organised chaos’ plays out in my head when I make art.

And, by accepting this ‘chaos’… I can create organised pieces of art that have an impact… (I hope!).

  1. Your brain is brill, and your ideas/suggestions definitely inspire me. My reading and research lists have doubled after our conversations.
