Abstract:

This keynote lecture builds upon the speakers’ expertise in construction innovation and recent publication Sergeeva and Winch (2020) Narrative interactions: How project-based firms respond to Government narratives of innovation.International Journal of Project Management, 38(6), 379-387. They will present their original thinking and rationale behind a narrative perspective on innovation, the models that they developed and the empirical work to support it.

Bio:

Graham is Professor of Project Management at Alliance Manchester Business School. He has published over 50 refereed journal articles, complemented by numerous book chapters, conference papers, and research reports.

Natalya is Assoc. Professor in Project Management at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, University College London. She is also a consultant in the area of innovation and project management.
