Anna Sanders is a Nursing Associate at Sussex Partnership Trust going above and beyond. Read what her manager had to say below.

“Anna has been a rock for the team, picking up additional shifts and leading with physical health on the ward. She has taken the lead on National Early Warning Score (NEWS) and also completed the monthly NEWS and MHA audits, which is usually done by the leadership team.
