Hi Anthony – please tell us a bit about your work and influences
“My multi-disciplinary practice employs the theme of ‘manual labour’ as a lens through which I search for inherent truths about the human experience. drawing plays a major role, with the figure featuring heavily. Often using materials intended for the construction industry I am influenced by my working-class background and personal experiences as a manual worker.”
How have you found your course and time at Brighton?
“I’ve been here for over 20 years. Brighton’s ‘live and let live’ attitude is unique. This course has really opened-up my thinking and transformed the way I work. I’m now a much braver artist.”
How did you choose your course, and why did you choose to study Fine Art?

What are you plans after graduation?
“To continue working as an artist and get my work out there!”
