Third year Graphic Design student Megan has won a Creative Conscience Award for her ‘Off The Streets’ concept campaign aiming to reduce the stigma of homelessness whilst ensuring the money given to homeless people is spent in a non self-destructive way.
Creative Conscience is a global movement promoting socially valuable, human-centred design that enables and inspires people to positively change lives for the better.
The annual awards welcome projects by students and graduates (of up to two years) from any creative discipline.
Megan won gold for her Off The Streets concept scheme where people can buy tokens to give to people on the streets who can use them for accommodation in the hostels she has partnered up with in Brighton.
