Our campus development is up for the Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards.
The project that will bring 800 student bedrooms, a new academic building, new fitness facilities, a multi-storey car park and a bridge over Lewes Road has been recognised in the Outstanding Estates Strategy category which showcases major achievements in facilities management across the UK’s higher education sector.
The £300m development begins this month and includes the adjacent, derelict, Preston Barracks.
