Three University of Brighton staff have been selected to speak at the Royal Academy of Arts 2018 Teaching Painting Conference: Painting the New in June.
Mary Anne Francis, who teaches on Fine Art Critcal Practice, Tony Benn, who teaches on Fine Art Painting and Glenn Ward, History of Art and Design lecturer, will be speaking at the conference in Manchester.
The conference “will explore prominent aspects of contemporary painting so that we can question how the teaching of painting can, and perhaps should, respond to our modern world.”

The conference will take place at the Royal Academy of Arts, Piccadilly, London on 19-20 June.
