Research in nursing involves the following nursing metaparadigm: ‘nursing’ plus current research, innovative practice and digital health.
This theme will be present in each module as students develop an understanding of research methodologies and research skills. Students will also be introduced to the current research activity of academics and clinicians.
The theme is underpinned by the University of Brighton Research Strategy and Brighton Futures – the university’s research and enterprise initiative that aims to tackle today’s most pressing challenges. Based around five themes – Connected Futures, Creative Futures, Healthy Futures, Radical Futures and Responsible Futures
