I decided to start thinking about potential magazine names on this double page in my sketchbook. I took the potential name “peeled” and decided to interpret it in a symbolic and profound approach. I created a layered mix media piece to represent the layers of an individuals character. By calling it “peeled” it implies the action of revealing the layers, peeling away layers to reveal the true self.
