EDITING ETCHING IMAGES

I wanted to explore more Photoshop editing skills, so I produced some images with my etching prints via Photoshop.

By layering them up, adjusting the layer opacities, and changing the layer options, I was able to create different outcomes with the same image.

 

Above images are the various versions of my edited soft ground etching prints. I tried to put more textures on them, so that they can make more interesting marks.

I really liked the third image, which is my favourite colour scheme.

Images above are the edited version of my hard ground etchings. I think they can be used as the background of my moving images, even doing further editing, like zooming in and cropping would be nice.
