COLLAGES

To be honest, I am not a fan of collages. However, since this project is about journey, I thought it would be better to try something new, try to get out of my comfort zone.

I collected those receipts, tickets, and the packages and made this collage. It was interesting to find that those stuffs, maybe somebody see them as rubbish, can show what I have done this week.

On my journey, I tried to find something pink. Those images are all in pinky shades, and I think it helps to make the piece looks a lot more well organised than the first collage.

I moved on to to a different type of collage. I printed out my photos and then cut them into new shapes.

I wanted it to look like ‘journey’, so I put those footprints there.

It reminded me of the life drawing session that I have done this Friday. He asked us to use a continuous line to do a drawing, which can imply the journey.

How can I put those moods into my zines?
