STREETS
I wanted to have some street scenes in my project, so I found photos of streets that I have taken around the world on my camera.
Paris, France
Harry Potter Studio, the UK
Brighton, the UK
Kingston, the UK
It was interesting to find that it is hard to tell the difference with the set and the real street. Also, although they were taken in three different countries, they look quite similar.
It seems like cars or trees along the roads are not the essential components for the streets. Those buildings and walking people look a lot more important to make the place look like the street.
Also, I found that there is no streets that I walk everyday, which means I don’t pay may attention to streets in familiar places. When I asked about people what the streets like near their house, they find it quite hard to describe them. Maybe it is because streets are very similar?
