I have decided to explain”why we dream or when dreams are realised” for this project.

I am a lucid dreamer, and I thought this film illustrated my dreams the best. This film focuses on the lucid dream, and the way that they describe it is what I used to explain my dreams to people.

In my dream, I know that I am dreaming, so I can do anything I want and control everything. Even that dream inside the dream is possible in my dream world, which you can see in this film. I quite liked that they used something called “totem”, a small thing that helps you distinguish the dream and the real life. I found myself can be awake easily after I realise this is dream.

By researching dreams and lucid dreaming, I have found out that there are so many unexplained facts about our dreams. I thought this can be a start point of the part 2 of the project as well, which is linked with the topic of the part 1 of the project.
