Weather Update: Friday 1 February, 5.30am

Following snow overnight, all buildings on University of Brighton sites are open and will be operating as usual.

The Estate and Facilities Management (E&FM) department has been working hard overnight to clear snow and grit pavements and roads, and are continuing to do this throughout the morning.

Snow is not expected to cause further disruption throughout the day, and the weather forecast indicates temperatures are due to rise.

It is possible travel into the university from your home will take longer than usual, so please do take care and leave extra time to get in. For information on road conditions, tune into your local radio station for regular travel bulletins (such as BBC Sussex).
