Weather Update: 2 March, 6.30AM – Buildings open, further snowfall likely

All University buildings are open as usual today. However, an Amber warning for severe weather is in place until 8am and there is the strong possibility of further snow throughout the day.

Please check the travelling conditions from home to your place of work/study. Useful information to help you prepare for the weather and plan your travel is provided on the University’s Weather Updates blog.

The University’s Estate and Facilities Management (E&FM) department will continue to take all reasonable steps to ensure that sites and academic buildings can be safely accessed by students and staff.

Further updates will be provided on a regular basis to reflect information fed back from the sites.
