Degraded Turnitin Services this morning Monday 27 April

Turnitin have informed us that paper submission, similarity report processing and feedback studio are affected by degraded performance. This means that although the service is available users may encounter slowness when using Turnitin. Based on testing we have been able to confirm that loading times and similarity report processing are slower than usual. The issues were reported by Turnitin at 5am this morning. A fix has since been put in place and the solution is being monitored; the issues should be resolved soon.
