Flash n. A momentary gleam of light; a sudden short-lived flame; a sudden burst eg of merriment; a fleeting glimpse or exposure

Flash mob n. A group of people who arrange to assemble briefly in a public place to perform some activity

to come: a 4×7 gallery of prompt words beginning with F, one for each day of the month, but they’ll all be visible from the start and you don’t have to do all of them or in any particular order. Each will also link to a post with some extra thoughts around the prompt word and/or references to relevant activities from the Observe, Collect, Draw book (hereafter OCD #01 etc)

Obviously you can just bounce off the word itself and not bother to click through to the post. Responses don’t have to be drawn, could be photos, poems, memes, music – anything you can share.
