These are a collection of photos I have chosen and edited as they were my favourite ones. I have decided to do these in black and white as I think it is best to based on my photographer research, as most of their photos were black and white and the fact that they create very boldly contrasting photos which emphasise the eeriness to them. I also think that almost ‘draining’ colour from these photos where the original ones are bright, warm and organic, creates a bleak and desolate flavour to the pictures, which could also be related to religious ideals, as through these photos being edited and being drained from their natural organic colour, these photos now represent a contradiction to how the world is meant to be seen- it documents a different version and view on nature and its semantic fields.
