- I worked in the Resolutions Department as an ‘HSC Contractor’
- Answering phone calls & emails from customers, partnering businesses and other departments/branches
- Resolving customer complaints and problems
- Sorting and scanning international and domestic shipments
- Solving problems such as shipments with incorrect addresses, consignees moving or not being home to claim their deliveries
- Using DHL’s bespoke computer systems (e.g. GEMA, Intraship, Shipment)
- Contacting shippers in order to help resolve problems
- Data Entry
- Returning unwanted shipments to their origins
- Security checking shipments
