In the second half of this lesson we began to learn more about typography styles and how to position text within a magazine correctly. We began by drawing out lines to practise on such as the baseline, CAP and descent line as shown in the image. Typography was not something I was well educated in so I found it rather interesting learning about the subject in more depth. Once I had gained an understanding of how it worked I found practising the letter spacing on the lines not too challenging. I continued to practise again in my own time after the lesson before I began my zine pages just to sharpen my ability on it.
