Here are some photos both of the process and nearly finished product of a short story called sausage inspired drawing. I have included some rough sketches and more finalised drawings that show a part of the narrative. I experimented digitisation using Procreate which I do not usually use and enjoyed putting colour into my work.I

Here I have some images of the process of creating my images for my theme of decay and fauna. By deconstructing the human body artistically into its barest components and seeing how that would interact with decay. I played around with embroidery and I am continuing to learn how to create images with this new medium for me.

Here I have some initial ideas/ thumbnails for the 6 drawings to be completed. With the combination of themes from both my box of flora/fauna and decay which I decided as the secondary theme. I think these themes would make for an interesting visual communication. One of the most natural processes in life or death. I am currently collecting my source / reference material before I begin the stages of drawing / planning.

One of the works I really liked was the models of the bird and lamb, I drew these using black ink and focused on the shadows and tones of their feathers/wool
