Her gender representations forge a sense of ambiguity and a disquieting sexuality blurring the boundaries of ourselves as singular and stable beings.””
Helen Chadwicks use of binary oppositions is extremely interesting. This somewhat resonates with my idea of photographing certain features of the human body and nature to create a visually cohesive project. The use of binary opposites specifically however is extremely interesting and could be something i could incorporate in this project or a future one.
Some Binary Oppositions that came into my mind for my project after looking at Chadwick’s work was to add man made non organically shaped items to create a contrast between the organic movement in each picture.
