Creole Climate

This shoot is part of the Culture Club editorial of DE FACTO magazine, and this month we investigated Creole culture. Having researched their traditional dress and native designers for the previous FMP research model, I decided to use it as a basis in my styling choices, such as narrative clothing, bright colours and flowing garments. The marina seemed a relevant location choice as it had strong colours of blue and white, alongside the sea element. I particularly like the mixture of candid and staged photographs as it makes the connection with the viewer more personal.
