David Carson – my version

To expand my knowledge in typography, I looked at David Carson, who I like for his use of colour and contrast.

Using InDesign and Photoshop, to improve upon my skills, I recreated his image using my own photographs. I used Photoshop to colour tint and then used the paintbrush to create the lettering. I used InDesign to produce the grid for the photos. Seeing as my trend is based on aviation and travel, I spelt out the world ‘travel’.
