Here is an overview of my shoot.
This was almost a test shoot because it was the first tine booking the studio after the pandemic. I was grateful I utilised the photography workshop at the beginning of the project which enabled me to remember how to use the lights and set up. I used a white backdrop for this shoot because I knew I was going to experiment with the photographs in photoshop and illustrator after. The post production was an important factor in this, so the set up only needed to be simple for the shoot. Making it easy for me to cut the silhouettes from the backdrops just like you would with a green screen. The poses I got my model to do were varied a few shots with arms out incase I was going to play with distortion of garments and body using the liquify tool. The variation in poses also added a dynamic feel to the shoot.
