With only the brass keel band to be fitted – John is going to screw this on with bronze screws – the hull is almost ready to turn over. This will be a four person job and may be quite an experience! It is a beautiful honey colour in the workshop but in my experience, colours change once they are seen in daylight. Lets hope it still looks good as quite a liberal splash of oil has been applied.
