If you are a UG/PG student who is also presenting at the conference, please select the attendee type ‘Student’ (rather than ‘Delegate/Presenter’) to ensure you pay the student fee
The social dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday 22nd August
(this is not included fee and can be booked in the registration portal for £31)

Accommodation information: Rooms (for one person) in halls of residence will be available for a reduced price (£55-60 per night). A number of rooms are available, and you will be able to book them once registration opens. You can also find other types of accommodation on hospitality websites (e.g. bookings, Airbnb). While the programme is still in preparation, we believe that the conference will start in the early morning on the 21st and will end in the afternoon on the 23rd of August.
