On a mac select the file you want to find information on and then select CMD and I
The information pane will show you when the file was created, modified, and if it’s an image what size it is (quite useful).
On a windows computer right click the file and select “Properties”
Why do this?
Useful for quickly checking image sizes and colour profiles without opening something mind numbingly slow like photoshop.
