In teams select the calendar from the sidebar.
From the dropdown next to the meeting button select ‘Schedule meeting’
Add the details and times of the meeting, and invite one person – this creates a link in the calendar invite you can share with other people.
When the meeting takes place you can join it using the event in your calendar…
The folks you invite just have to click the link you have given them, which will look horrible..like this:
