Sometimes browsers get stale cookies and fluff bunging them up, if you close them down completely they should restart fresh, but sometime that’s not possible, and If you use a “private” browsing window it can may help.

In Chrome select File>New Incognito Window

In Firefox select File>New Private Window

In Safari select File>New Private Window

In Edge select File>New InPrivate Window
