1994: Xtrax opens
An independent, registered charity working for young people aged 16-24 in Hastings & Rother. Provides a safe space where young people can get help and support from non-judgemental staff and volunteers, no matter what issues are affecting them. xtrax.org
1987: Robert Tressell Workshops opens
Co-operative development space based in the old railway goods yard. Aims included training and education of less fortunate young people.
