I wanted to create a textile based piece due to my inspiration from my original research. I based this piece on the seaside location. I used a plain scarf as a base to work from. I added layers of torn materials and some unconventional materials e.g. bubble wrap to create a texture piece which you desire to touch but maybe not particularly wear! I then did a mini shoot to capture this in use. This work features in my zine. I am pleased with how this experiment came out however, I would have liked to have developed this further if there was more time available. This meaning, expanding the shoot and perhaps altering the location which perhaps had more relevance e.g. the beach.
