Introduction

Energetic, full of passion, enthusiastic, open-minded, four of us, JING, FANG, SHUJUAN,NAN are from different parts of China. We are interested in the topic of “work & life balance”. We live with two different host families, during the two weeks we had noticed the different attitude towards the life and work. In the following days of our time in the UK, we want to focus on the topic using the method of interviewing the host families and the empolyees we  met in Brighton. They are from different walks of life with different educational background at different ages so they have different opinions  of this topic. We are going  to make full use of statistics from Google and other online resouces which can help us.
