#Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich, a Russian oligarch faces sanctions from the UK government as part of its response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

His assets are frozen and Chelsea FC is caught in the mix, they have limits on what they can legally do with the sanctions in place.
