18 March 2022 – Virtual

targetjobs has partnered with leading employers in the UK to host Aspire. An event for Black Heritage students to meet with some of the biggest organisations in the world who have open roles for you to apply to.

Over the course of the day, you’ll have unrivalled face time with employers in fields such as law and finance. Be inspired by talks from senior leaders and graduates of Black Heritage, who are ready to share their stories and tips with you. Develop the skills you’ll need to secure your first job through a series of recruiter-led workshops. And leave Aspire with the knowledge and connections to help you on your path to the boardroom.

Not enough boardrooms currently reflect the society that we live in. Statistics published by the Parker Review Committee (which reports on the ethnic diversity of UK boards) show that, as of November 2020, just 124 of 998 director positions at FTSE100 companies were held by people from ethnic minorities. That’s only 12%. Register today for the next event.
