Further developing the previous images from combining my illustrations with the ‘NatureNurture’ photoshoot, I wanted to make the images bold and contradict the idea of nature needing to be neutral. Whilst I previously stated that the previous image edits were too contrived for what I wanted to say, I did want to play with the idea that sustainable fashion doesn’t have to be minimal and neutral, that the message could be put across with bright, bold, in-your-face imagery. I do think that this idea should be something to be considered, it doesn’t quite suit what I want from this project or the sub-brand.
