Inspiration behind: SENSES

This Ted Talk: How mindfulness meditation redefines pain, happiness & satisfaction. I’m really intrigued by the boundless limitations of our mind and the reality that we don’t even unlock a third of its potential. I also am intrigued by how you can learn to control your life satisfaction through mindfulness meditation ‘which can train the brain to be present’. Using this video of inspiration alongside my already existent preferred healthy living lifestyle, which I’ve noticed to boost my own positivity, I generated the concept of creating a sub-brand of a wellbeing retreat which focuses on strengthening the muscles in the brain and growing a present mind which works from positivity.
